How do I place an order online?
You can easily order the item you want by selecting the item in the right color and size. Then place the item in the shopping cart by clicking on 'add to shopping cart'. When you have selected all the items you want, click on 'shopping cart'. Here you will find an overview of the items you selected. It is possible to remove items in your shopping cart by clicking on the trash can icon on the line of the item.
How do I know if my order is final?

Once you have completed all the steps of the ordering process and confirmed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order.
Is it possible to cancel my online purchases?
Cancelling your order is not possible. The moment you have confirmed the order, the delivery of your order will be started immediately.
Deliver
You can have your order delivered to your home by PostNL. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
If you are not at home when our carrier delivers your package, your package will be delivered to your neighbors or the nearest parcel point.
You can track your online purchase via a unique tracking number. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with the tracking number of your package.

If an item you ordered is not to your liking, you can easily return it to a PostNL parcel point.
The costs for shipping within the Netherlands are €3.95 per order.
